I’m Javier de Miguel Luken, founder of topminds and a Business Advisor.
Before founding topminds, I led teams at Heineken and Coca-Cola in both national and international roles. That experience taught me to make decisions with the discipline of a multinational business: grounded in data, supported by method and shaped by the standards of organisations where mistakes carry real consequences.
For the past 20 years, I have applied that same judgement across medium-sized and large companies, including family-owned businesses and a strong concentration of industrial firms.
