I’m Javier de Miguel Luken, founder of topminds and Business & Tech Advisor.
Before founding topminds, I led teams at Heineken and Coca-Cola, both nationally and internationally. That experience taught me to make decisions with the discipline of a multinational: grounded in data, guided by method, and shaped by the standards of organisations that cannot afford to get it wrong.
For the past 20 years, I have applied that same judgement across medium-sized and large companies, including the implementation of CRM, ERP, Power BI and Artificial Intelligence. These companies do not need another report. They need someone who can sit with them where decisions are made, and help them execute with focus — including when that execution runs through technology.
